If you would like to ask whether hypnotherapy may be suitable, please do get in touch.
You do not need to explain everything in your first message. A sentence or two about what has been happening and what you would like help with is enough to begin.
I will reply during my working hours, answer any immediate questions and let you know what I think the most sensible next step would be.

Online booking: View my current appointment availability
If I am with a client, I will not be able to answer the phone. Please leave a voicemail or send a message and I will get back to you when I am free.
There is no need to include detailed medical or personal information in your first message.
Not sure which appointment to book?
All new clients begin with an initial consultation.
This gives us time to talk about what has been happening, discuss what you would like to change and decide whether my approach seems suitable.
If you are unsure, contact me before booking. I would rather help you choose the right starting point than have you book an appointment that does not fit what you need.

A straightforward answer
If I believe hypnotherapy may be suitable, I will explain how I could approach the concern.
If I think your GP, a counsellor or another specialist would be a more appropriate starting point, I will tell you that too.
There is no pressure to book after making an enquiry.
