Can hypnotherapy help you with weight management?

Not at all. You will not lose control of yourself. And as a result I cannot make you do anything you do not want to do.
What if I cannot be hypnotised?
Nearly everyone can enter the hypnotic state. The depth of hypnosis is irrelevant to a successful outcome. The intelligent individual with a high motivation for change will achieve the most.
Will I get stuck in hypnosis?
It is not possible to get stuck in hypnosis. People emerge naturally from hypnosis, particularly if there is a need to do so.

What will it cost?
FREE initial consultation followed up by hourly sessions at £55
Evidence shows that 6 sessions of treatment can work well. I also offer the opportunity to top these up in the longer term. Sometimes, hypnotherapy can work in a few sessions, or just one. I will monitor your progress on a session by session basis and make recommendations from there. The crucial element is attitude. Without determination to overcome your problems, hypnotherapy is not likely to be successful. Your motivation to change is the key to a successful outcome. Motivation means more than just wanting to be eating more healthily. Consequently, it means being determined to overcome the symptoms. Therefore, the attitude I expect to see from you is “I will achieve my aims”.
